Dwarf Sweet Corn

NEW FOR 2025!
These dwarf multicolour plants grow up to five feet tall and produce decently sized cobs about 8" on average. The foliage displays a nice variety of red-on-green patterns, while the flowers do a similar thing with red and yellow.
Cobs tend to be made up of either mostly darker coloured kernels, or a pastel patchwork of pink, yellow, orange, white and red with nice marbled swirls.
Like other colourful sweet corn varieties, best fresh eating is when the kernels just start to change colour from all-white. The more the colour develops, the less sweet and more starchy the kernels become.
Bred by Dylana Kapular and Mario DiBenedetto of Peace Seedlings, who also grew our original stockseed. Fire On The Mountain is a descendant of Painted Hill Sweet Corn, which was bred by Alan Kapular. A real family effort!
