Shipping policy
We ship to Canada and the US.
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. The CUPW Strike has ended for now, but we are going to hold all shipments until after the holidays to give some time for their operations to stabilize..
We do not make a profit on shipping fees. Our prices include the actual postage amount, plus a small handling fee that helps to cover the cost of supplies and time spent fulfilling orders.
Our processing times are updated on the banner at the top of our site.
US Shipments:
International customers bear full responsibility for import licenses, certificates, or permits, and any additional fees charged by customs or other government officials associated with seed importation.
For international orders that are lost in transit or confiscated by customs we can offer a refund or replacement for the seeds, but unfortunately not the shipping fee.
If you are making a large order (over $100) we recommend you obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate from the CFIA (through us) or a Small Lots Of Seed Permit from the USDA (you must apply).
If your shipment does not arrive, or if you would like more information about receiving seed orders from Canada please contact us.
