Early golden yellow 1-2oz cherry tomatoes that arrive on clusters of about five to ten fruits. These are the tallest dwarf plants in our catalogue and can grow up to five feet, so some support is recommended. The plants are vigorous and prolific, with good resistance to foliar disease here in our gardens. Sweet and juicy with just a touch of acidity, these tiny golden globes really hold their own in the flavour department when compared to all those fancy hybrid varieties everyone loves. 

Eagle Smiley is a Dwarf Tomato Project variety selected and named by Justin Sieglaff from material grown out by Linda Black. It is the first release from the "Teensy" family, created by Craig LeHoullier from a cross between Summertime Green and Mexico Midget. Craig LeHoullier, Mike Dunton and John Dunton are also significant contributors to the stabilization of this variety.  Our original stockseed came directly from Craig. Introduced by the Victory Seed Company in 2022.
